In light of the HELCOM Heads on Delegation meeting taking place in Copenhagen next week. The Fisheries Secretariat (FISH) together with Coalition Clean Baltic (CCB) and Oceana sent a letter to each minister around the Baltic Sea calling for action to secure the environmental objectives agreed upon in the 2007 HELCOM Baltic Sea Action Plan (BSAP) and 2010 Moscow Ministerial declaration.
