The SeaWeb Seafood Summit brings together global representatives from the seafood industry with leaders from the conservation community, academia, government and the media. The goal of the Summit is to define success and advance solutions in sustainable seafood by fostering dialogue and partnerships that lead to a seafood marketplace that is environmentally, socially and economically sustainable. The conference is produced in partnership by SeaWeb and Diversified Communications.

The workshop has been organised by NSAC's Skagerrak and Kattegat Working Group in cooperation with DTU Aqua Invitation and Agenda

The aim of the meeting is to give updates on the work being done towards legislation to protect coral reefs, as well as projects dealing with bycatch of sea birds and porpoises. As the first delegated act enter into force 1^st January 2016. The act covers Danish, German and Swedish fisheries regulating fisheries in 10 Natura 2000 areas in the Kattegat and the western Baltic.

Please note that the meeting will be held in Danish.

Suspension of Eastern cod MSC labelling 4. Letter of BSAC on Western cod closed season 5. Possible in-year TAC revision (both cod stocks) 6. Planning of TWG work until 30 June 2016
